Spoon people...

Spoon was founded by entrepreneur and business manager, Peter Heitzinger in 2002. Since then the operation has expanded to incorporate six locations with plans underway for further expansion.

Each Spoon café deli has its own manager and a team of staff with high levels of technical competence and the ability to work in a fast-paced organisation with a friendly, customer focused atmosphere.

Spoon Paddington and East Brisbane are independently owned and operated by individual licensees.
